The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "[www.amazoniaflowers.com]" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.
 
Order Cancellations
All requests to cancel your order within 7 days of your scheduled delivery date will not be accepted. If you wish to cancel your Amazoniaflowers.com order please send an e-mail to info@amazoniaflowers.com , with the subject heading CANCEL. Please type your order number along with your name and address in the body of the email. You will receive an email notice verifying cancellation of your order within 48 hours. All canceled orders will be charged a 25% service fee or a minimum of US $ 25. Amazoniaflowers.com will refund the amount you paid minus the 25% cancellation processing fee.

Changes to an order
If you would like to change your flower order or shipping adress, please contact us 7 days prior to scheduled delivery date. We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice.

CREDITS & CLAIMS
If you should receive damaged or bad product, please call Amazoniaflowers.com IMMEDIATELY at 1.800.517.3919 and email us to info@amazoniaflowers.com All complaints must be communicated within 12 hours of receipt of our product or the claim will not be accepted. In order to process your claim, we may request digital pictures and/or return of product (for quality inspection).

It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for flowers. Amazoniaflowers.com is not liable for products mishandled by clients. We have a page that explains in detail how to care for flowers, however customers must be knowledgeable on flower care.

Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody at anytime.
 
Special Floral Dates
Website Prices DO NOT APPLY for deliveries ON and close to Valentine´s Day , Mother´s Day & some others.
 
Unexpected Situations
 
- Any delivery delay or flowers damage occasioned by a Natural events as hurricanes, storms, earth wake and others potential catastrophes will not be our company responsibility and we can not make any order cancellation or chargeback if this situation has occurred.
 
- Amazoniaflowers.com will file claims with FedEx on behalf of the customer for flowers that where damaged during shipping and will issue the appropriate refund to the customer for the proper amount. The customer does not have to file claims with FedEx.
 
- If the customer orders a flower by cultivar that is not available at the time, Amazoniaflowers.com will send the same color (if available), stem length (if available) and head size, if the customer does not want substitutions on their order or if the customer wants an specific substitution the customer must notify us by email the same day the order is placed.


Privacy Clause
Amazoniaflowers.com guarantees the security of your online order. All personal and financial information will be kept private and used solely for the purposes of completing your order and offering you the best possible service.
