Order CancellationsAll requests to cancel your order within 7 days of your scheduled delivery date will not be accepted. If you wish to cancel your Amazoniaflowers.com order please send an e-mail to info@amazoniaflowers.com , with the subject heading CANCEL. Please type your order number along with your name and address in the body of the email. You will receive an email notice verifying cancellation of your order within 48 hours. All canceled orders will be charged a 30% service fee or a minimum of US $ 35. Amazoniaflowers.com will refund the amount you paid minus the 30% cancellation processing fee. Changes to an orderIf you would like to change your flower order or shipping adress, please contact us 7 days prior to scheduled delivery date. We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice. CREDITS & CLAIMSIf you should receive damaged or bad product, please call Amazoniaflowers.com IMMEDIATELY at 1.800.517.3919 and email us to info@amazoniaflowers.com All complaints must be communicated within 12 hours of receipt of our product or the claim will not be accepted. In order to process your claim, we may request digital pictures and/or return of product (for quality inspection). It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for flowers. Amazoniaflowers.com is not liable for products mishandled by clients. We have a page that explains in detail how to care for flowers, however customers must be knowledgeable on flower care.
In case that you have a valid claim, the amount to chargeback will be calculated just for the flowers (as the price that you paid allready include the fedex shipping), shipping amount that our company pay to fedex will be excluded from the refund amount.

Unexpected Situations
- Any delivery delay or flowers damage occasioned by a Natural events as hurricanes, storms, earth wake and others potential catastrophes will not be our company responsibility and we can not make any order cancellation or chargeback if this situation has occurred.
- Amazoniaflowers.com will file claims with FedEx on behalf of the customer for flowers that where damaged during shipping and will issue the appropriate refund to the customer for the proper amount. The customer does not have to file claims with FedEx.
- Amazoniaflowers.com shall not be responsible or liable for delivery delays of shipping companies. , we can not control the shipping company, that way we can not accept claims for flowers not deliver on the exactly delivery date.
- If the customer orders a flower by cultivar that is not available at the time, Amazoniaflowers.com will send the same color (if available), stem length (if available) and head size, if the customer does not want substitutions on their order or if the customer wants an specific substitution the customer must notify us by email the same day the order is placed.
